As Installment/Event Series Coordinator, Ashley is responsible for the creative conceptualization + organization of SIB event details, participation in social media marketing and follower engagement, curation of monthly newsletters, and putting ideas and visions into words that resonate with the SIB community.

Utilizing her passions for design aesthetics, community empowerment, and communicative expression, she enthusiastically offers a unique sense of attention + intention to the planning processes that help implement SIB’s values + ensure intended impact among millennial Black and Brown creatives.

[BLACK]nificence.

In celebration of the 50th anniversary of hip hop, [BLACK]nificence. was a exhibition and sequence of immersive experiences addressing and dissecting different aspects of what hip hop is and how it has personified since its inception. Happening in the artistic heart of downtown at the Dayton Metro Library, this exhibition welcomed all citizens to get involved and reap the benefits of local creative talent!

Outside of a SIB x DJ Krate Digga curated exhibition that traveled to three libraries across Dayton from February-September 2023, we hosted a graffiti session for local students and live music and dance performances as part of our LYVE.Lyrics Showcase.
